Thanks to that, the proportion of female staff holding leadership positions from department level and above at the branches is increasing. In addition, female cadres, union members and employees of Agribank branches also demonstrated their pioneering role, actively participating in social security activities, willing to share, accompany and support people and customers through humanitarian and charitable activities in localities in the province, such as: Supporting the construction of schools, medical stations, and houses of gratitude for poor households; giving nearly 10,000 Tet gifts to poor households and policy families, worth 1.5 billion VND.
