Jacob Ferrero (American), who is studying for a master's degree at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ho Chi Minh City National University), said he was quite happy to participate in the launch ceremony. He said he found it very meaningful to join the young people of Ho Chi Minh City in cleaning up trash and general cleaning right after the launch ceremony.
