For the crime of unintentionally revealing state secrets or losing state secret documents or objects, the Penal Code clearly stipulates that when there are sufficient signs of constituting a crime, the penalty is non-custodial reform for up to 3 years or imprisonment from 6 months to 3 years. If the secret is classified as top secret, the penalty is imprisonment from 2 to 7 years.
