The exam was held in 25 provinces/cities, with 55 exam clusters, 118 exam locations, and 4,079 exam rooms. The exam attracted 128,338 candidates from 2,039 high schools in 63 provinces/cities nationwide. Candidates can use the exam results to apply for admission to 8 member schools of Ho Chi Minh City National University and more than 100 universities and colleges nationwide.
The exam structure includes 120 objective multiple choice questions (Language Usage (Vietnamese, English), Mathematics and Scientific Thinking), candidates will have 150 minutes to complete the test.
A representative of An Giang University (Ho Chi Minh City National University) said that the school is in charge of Exam Cluster 50, with 3,775 candidates taking the exam/3,820 registered candidates; an increase of 1,423 candidates compared to the first round of the 2024 exam. The exam cluster organizes 3 exam sites (in addition to 2 sites as in 2024, there is an additional exam site at the Pedagogical Practice High School), due to the high number of candidates. The number of personnel mobilized to participate in the exam organization at Exam Cluster 50 is 410 people.
Ho Chi Minh City National University will hold the second round of exams on June 1. Candidates can register for the second round from April 17 to May 7. The second round is expected to be held in 11 provinces/cities, including the exam cluster at An Giang University...
