Contribute to the draft Law on Employment (amended)

The draft Law on Employment (amended) consists of 8 chapters and 61 articles (1 chapter and 33 articles less than the draft law submitted to the National Assembly at the 8th session). The content has many major changes, such as: Amending and supplementing regulations on capital sources for loans to solve employment; expanding the subjects of loans to work abroad; labor market information system; employment service consultants; labor registration; vocational skills development; unemployment insurance contribution levels, etc.

Commenting at the workshop, delegates agreed that this is an important law not only related to the employment situation of domestic workers, but also related to the region and the world. The State needs to have policies to support job creation and job conversion in the context of population aging, digital transformation, streamlining the apparatus, and merging administrative boundaries.
