Strict discipline for 2 students who beat their friend and sent them to the hospital

(NLDO) – The school's disciplinary board has taken strict disciplinary action against two students who beat a friend and sent them to the hospital in Quang Binh.

On December 14, Mr. Tran Xuan Bach, Principal of Bac Son Secondary and High School, Tuyen Hoa District, Quang Binh Province - said that the school's Disciplinary Council had decided on disciplinary action against two students who participated in beating a friend to the point of hospitalization.

These two male students are MTQ (grade 11.2) and PTT (grade 11.4) - Bac Son Secondary and High School.

According to Mr. Bach, the school's Disciplinary Council has decided to expel the two male students for one week, starting from December 16, 2024. In addition, the school also considered the two students' poor conduct in the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year and forced the two male students to apologize to the student who was beaten.

"This is a strict form of discipline to improve discipline in the school. In the coming time, the school will strengthen supervision and ensure that similar situations do not recur," Mr. Bach emphasized.

As reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper , on October 3, during recess, while student BVK (grade 11.2, Bac Son Secondary and High School) was sitting in class, he was suddenly attacked by two male students MTQ and PTT.

According to Bui Thi Thanh Ha (BVK student's sister), after being taken to Huong Khe District Medical Center (Ha Tinh), K. was diagnosed with "other specified injuries affecting multiple areas of the body". After a period of hospitalization, K. was discharged and returned to school. However, during her studies, she continuously had symptoms of headaches, dizziness, and nausea. Her family had to take her to the Commune Health Station for examination.

Ms. Ha also said that during her time at school, K. was repeatedly threatened with being beaten, which made her think about dropping out of school. However, her family encouraged her to continue going to school.
