On September 18, the People's Councils of Vinh Tuong, Tam Dao and Tam Duong districts jointly elected 3 additional positions of District People's Committee Chairmen for the 2021-2026 term. Specifically: Mr. Tran Thai Son (Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee) was elected as Chairman of the Tam Dao District People's Committee. Mr. Dang Cong Hoa (Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee) was elected as Chairman of the Tam Duong District People's Committee. Mr. Dam Huu Khanh (Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee) was elected as Chairman of the Vinh Tuong District People's Committee.

On September 16-17, Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work in Vinh Tuong and Tam Dao districts. Accordingly, Mr. Ha Van Quyet ceased to hold the position of Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Vinh Tuong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025. Mr. Ha Van Quyet is a PhD in agriculture, specializing in veterinary medicine. He used to be Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lap Thach District Party Committee; Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council of Vinh Phuc.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan ceased to hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the province; was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Tam Dao District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Previously, on September 10, the Executive Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, term XVII, 2020-2025, held a Conference to elect the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025. The Conference discussed and agreed with the personnel introduction report of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to elect Mr. Bui Huy Vinh to this position. As a result, 100% of the delegates present voted to elect Mr. Bui Huy Vinh to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025...

After a long period of lacking leadership positions and key officials, Vinh Phuc province has recently focused on consolidating and electing additional personnel.
