According to the representative of Tam Coc - Bich Dong Tourist Area Management Board: From July 9, 2023, Tam Coc - Bich Dong Tourist Area will temporarily stop receiving visitors to carry out landscape restoration activities and preserve the heritage value of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex according to the management plan.

This is also the time for the tourist area to focus on arranging and improving the skills of welcoming and serving guests for the boatmen here, ensuring better service for tourists in the future. The Management Board will announce when there is a plan to welcome guests again.

According to Mr. Nguyen Cao Tan, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism: To ensure the rights and create conditions to help tourists take the initiative in their time when visiting Ninh Binh, the Department of Tourism has promptly coordinated with news agencies, newspapers, and travel agencies to notify tourists about the temporary suspension of receiving visitors at Tam Coc - Bich Dong Tourist Area.
