On December 12, news from Ha Tinh Provincial Police said that the Investigation Police Agency of Hong Linh Town Police has just issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 10 teenagers for disturbing public order.
Those prosecuted include Nguyen Tuan Vu (born 2006, residing in Dau Lieu ward); Nguyen Ngoc Sang (born 2008, residing in Trung Luong ward); Le Trong Phu (born 2007) and Nguyen Tung Duong (born 2007), all residing in Nam Hong ward, Hong Linh town.
Thai Van Dat (born in 2008, residing in Truong Son commune, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province); Tran Van Hoai (born in 2007), Le Minh Nghia (born in 2007) and Tran Anh Tuyen (born in 2007) all reside in Kim Song Truong commune (Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province); Tran Anh Tuan (born in 2008) and Tran The Thanh (born in 2006) all reside in Xuan Lam commune (Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh).

The Hong Linh Town Police Department is currently applying a 3-month temporary detention measure for Nguyen Tuan Vu and 2 months for Le Trong Phu and Thai Van Dat. The remaining defendants are subject to measures of being prohibited from leaving their place of residence and temporarily suspended from leaving the country. It is known that among the 10 teenagers prosecuted, 6 cases are students currently in school.
Previously, through the work of grasping the situation, Hong Linh Town Police discovered that at about 2:00 a.m. on November 3, on 3/2 Street (Bac Hong Ward, Hong Linh Town), two groups of teenagers appeared driving motorbikes at high speed, weaving, not wearing helmets, carrying many weapons, cursing, chasing and fighting each other many times on the road.
Through investigation, the police agency determined that two groups of young people named "Hong Linh Pho" (in Hong Linh town) and "1975" (in Duc Tho and Huong Son districts) regularly posted challenging video clips on social networks, and many times made appointments to meet in real life to "settle the score".
On the night of November 3, when he saw some teenagers from the “1975” group appear in Hong Linh town, knowing that this group had a conflict with the “Hong Linh Pho” group, Nguyen Tuan Vu called Tran Van Hoai to inform him. After that, Hoai invited Le Trong Phu; Nguyen Tung Duong; Nguyen Ngoc Sang; Le Minh Nghia; Tran Anh Tuyen; Tran Anh Tuan and Tran The Thanh to prepare more weapons (cleavers) and beer bottles and ride a motorbike to find the “1975” group to settle the score.
When they met on the street, the two groups challenged each other, cursed and chased each other. The “Hong Linh Pho” group threw many pre-prepared beer bottles at the “1975” group. Being chased and beaten, Thai Van Dat drove a number of teenagers in the “1975” group to Duc Tho district, carrying homemade knives, then returned to find the “Hong Linh Pho” group to resolve the conflict.
Meeting again, the two groups continued to shout, challenge, throw beer bottles and use weapons to attack each other. During the chase, the motorbike driven by Nguyen Tuan Vu fell, seeing that, Thai Van Dat and the "1975" group used knives to stab, slash the tire, smash many other parts and then turn the motorbike back to Duc Tho. Currently, the police are continuing to investigate, verify and expand the case to strictly handle according to the provisions of the law.
