11 agencies and units in the Bloc have advised the Provincial People's Committee to strengthen state management in all fields. Accordingly, the work of appraising investment policies, disbursing public investment capital; managing revenue and expenditure estimates has been given attention and focus. The province's economy continues to develop comprehensively, steadily and evenly in all three regions; GRDP increased by 7.01%; total state budget revenue reached over VND 27,500 billion, up 13.5% compared to 2023; domestic revenue is the second consecutive year reaching over VND 11,000 billion. Investment attraction achieved good results, attracting FDI capital for the second consecutive year reaching over 1 billion USD. Disbursement of public investment capital is among the top in the country. Key projects are focused on resources and drastically speeding up progress. Successfully organized the conference to announce the Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, thereby raising awareness of the vision, goals, and development orientation of the province in the coming period. At the conference, the emulation bloc of financial - economic - technical agencies and units organized a review of outstanding units to propose rewards in 2024; at the same time, elected the head and deputy head of the emulation bloc in 2025.
