In 2024, the cultural and artistic life of Thanh Hoa province took place actively and enthusiastically with many meaningful and practical activities that had a wide influence. With a positive and proactive spirit in creative work, more than 500 members working in 11 specialized departments of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association have produced hundreds of valuable works, promoting spirit and responsibility.

Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association and its specialized departments have chaired and coordinated many typical events and programs such as: The 23rd Vietnam Poetry Day, the 29th North Central Fine Arts Exhibition in Thanh Hoa... contributing to honoring the contributions of Vietnamese writers and artists in the process of building and developing the homeland and country; widely promoting the image, culture and humanity of Thanh Hoa to friends across the country.

Also in the year, VNS Thanh Hoa was excited and enthusiastic about the return of the 5-year Literature and Arts Award named after Le Thanh Tong with the special prize of up to 100 million VND.

The work of considering publishing sponsorship and supporting the promotion of works has been carried out with interest by the Provincial Literature and Arts Association. The field trips to create works have brought many positive results. After the trips, many members have produced works in many different fields.

Clubs sponsored by Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association such as Lam Son Young Artists Club, Thanh Hoa Young Architects, Thanh Hoa Female Artists, Thanh Hoa Calligraphy, Youth Literature, Mountainous Ethnic Literature... are actively operating. Thanh Land Literature and Arts Magazine is considered one of the top 6 local literature and arts magazines in the country.

He emphasized: “As a land of “spiritual land and talented people”, the origin of heroic cultural and historical values, Thanh Hoa is proud to have a team of talented and dedicated VNS, always standing side by side with the Party Committee, the government and the people in the cause of construction and development. Thousands of valuable works of literature, theater, music, fine arts and photography have been born, vividly depicting the socio-economic life, honoring the cultural traditions imbued with the identity of Thanh Hoa, contributing to enriching the national cultural treasure and spreading the image and values ​​of the land and people of Thanh Hoa to all parts of the country”.

Closely following the policies of the Central and the province to build a development strategy, clearly defining the goals and key tasks of the work, thereby proposing practical solutions to meet the development requirements in the new situation.

In particular, the Association needs to create favorable conditions for VNS to penetrate into reality, create works that reflect the aspirations of Thanh Hoa people, associated with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, guiding people towards truth - goodness - beauty, contributing to building Thanh Hoa people to be civilized and modern but still preserving the soul of the nation and homeland...

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dau Thanh Tung requested departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province to continue to pay attention to promptly resolving difficulties, problems and legitimate recommendations of the Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association, creating favorable conditions for the task of building spiritual life for the people and preserving and promoting cultural strength in the new period.

At the conference, Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association awarded the first Le Thanh Tong Literature and Arts Award, 2016-2021 period to 39 works by 36 authors and 3 co-authors, with 1 work selected for the special prize, 6 works for the A prize, 13 works for the B prize and 19 works for the C prize.

The 2024 Thanh Hoa Province Annual Literature and Arts Awards also selected and awarded 50 works by 49 authors and 1 co-author; of which 7 works won A prizes, 15 works won B prizes, 17 works won C prizes and 11 works were awarded consolation prizes.

Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association awarded the decision to admit 18 new members and awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association to 9 groups and 30 individuals with outstanding achievements in labor and creative literature and arts. 4 authors who won Central specialized awards were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

On this occasion, Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association launched the Song Composition Contest "Proud of Thanh Land" in 2025.
