Construction of the bridge across the river to Cat Tien National Park begins

The bridge across the river into Cat Tien National Park has a construction scale of 5 simple girder spans made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete, arranged from the beginning of the route to the end of the route. The total length of the bridge is over 156m. The cross-section of the bridge is 7m, including mixed lanes (6m, for vehicles and pedestrians) and guardrails on both sides. After completion, the bridge has an axle load of 10 tons.

The bridge across the river into Cat Tien National Park will contribute to ensuring smooth traffic between the Park and outside areas, creating good conditions for forest protection, forest fire prevention and fighting, and biodiversity conservation.

The total investment of the project is 50 billion VND, including 45 billion VND from the state budget managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and 5 billion VND from Cat Tien National Park.

The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in early 2026.
