At the conference, representatives of the Department of Health reported on the summary of the emulation movement in 2024 and the direction and tasks for 2025. 2024 is considered a year of great significance in successfully implementing the goals of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and the Resolution of the 22nd Quang Nam Provincial Party Congress.
The emulation movements in the past year attracted widespread participation from units in the bloc, contributing to improving work efficiency and achieving encouraging results in many fields.
Notably, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism successfully organized activities such as celebrating the 120th anniversary of the birth of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Thu (1904 - 2024); implementing preparations for the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Quang Nam Province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025); the total number of visitors and tourist accommodation in 2024 increased by 14%, revenue increased by 19% compared to 2023;...
The conference identified the key task for 2025 as continuing to thoroughly grasp President Ho Chi Minh's patriotic emulation ideology, promoting key movements of the Central and Quang Nam. The movements will focus on strategic breakthroughs, streamlining the organizational apparatus, digital transformation, infrastructure development and anti-waste.
Along with that are activities to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Quang Nam Province's Liberation Day and the 95th Anniversary of the Provincial Party Committee's Establishment, associated with Party building, anti-corruption and waste prevention, and the implementation of the movement "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to practice office culture".
Concluding the conference, Mr. Huynh Thuan - Deputy Director of the Department of Health emphasized the importance of emulation movements, and at the same time called on units and individuals to continue promoting achievements, unanimously overcome difficulties, and determined to complete tasks well in 2025.
