Opening of the contest "Skillful Civil Affairs" in the provincial armed forces

On the morning of September 28, the Provincial Military Command organized the opening ceremony of the "Skillful Civil Affairs" contest in the provincial armed forces in 2023.

The contest was attended by nearly 100 contestants who are cadres, officers, professional soldiers, militia and self-defense forces and local twinned units, divided into 10 teams from Military Command of 9 districts, cities and Regiment 834.

During 2 days, the teams will compete in the following contents: Introducing agencies, units, and areas; competing in knowledge and handling situations; introducing and promoting effective models of mass mobilization work at their agencies and units.

The contest is a playground for exchanging, discussing and disseminating experiences, good, creative and effective ways of doing things in implementing the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization units".

Thereby, it aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, commanders at all levels and cadres and soldiers about the tasks of mass mobilization of the provincial armed forces, contributing to consolidating and enhancing solidarity between the army and the people, building a solid people's heart position in the area.
