Tuan Hung "Awakening" celebrates 30 years of singing.
Tuan Hung is bringing the musical atmosphere once associated with the balcony at 19 Hang Khay (Hanoi) to audiences in the South. Live show Awaken - the opening event for Balcony corner The tour, celebrating 30 years in the arts, is scheduled to take place on May 10th at the Military Zone 7 Gymnasium (Ho Chi Minh City).
The male singer shared that "The Balcony Corner" initially started as a simple dream, a place where he sang for free from his private balcony to show his gratitude to his fans. However, the popularity of this model has grown, becoming a familiar meeting place whenever Tuan Hung performs.
The idea of doing a professional tour came about after he participated in a reality show. My brother overcame countless obstacles. This experience helped him "awaken," rediscovering his creative inspiration and passion that had been forgotten.
According to Tuan Hung, this live show is not only a milestone in his career but also a turning point in his life as he decided to move to the South for his family. The climate in Ho Chi Minh City is more suitable for his parents' health, and the learning environment there is also favorable for his children.
The tour is scheduled to stop at five locations, with Ho Chi Minh City being announced first. Hanoi and the remaining three locations have not yet been revealed. The highest-priced tickets for the live show cost 8 million VND, while tickets for standing closest to the stage cost 500,000 VND.
A gathering of talented individuals
On the evening of April 16th, Tuan Hung and his team revealed the guest list, which includes artists who have accompanied him in the show "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles," such as People's Artist Tu Long, Dang Khoi, Cuong Seven, Trong Hieu, Tang Phuc, BB Tran, and Kien Ung.
The live show will also feature Phuc Bo and Nguyen Hoang Duy - two individuals who have accompanied Tuan Hung on his 30-year musical journey. Notably, the audience will witness Tuan Hung's first-ever collaboration with Binz and Mono on stage.
After "Brother Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles," Tuan Hung's image in the eyes of the public has changed significantly. He is calmer, more restrained in his edginess, but still retains his own personality. Participating in the program helped him better understand his strengths and weaknesses, and at the same time learn from younger artists to reinvent himself.
“I realized I still have many things to change. This program is like a milestone that helps me redefine my musical path before celebrating 30 years in the profession. This is the perfect time, with the right circumstances, for me to ‘wake up’ and rediscover my passion for the profession,” Tuan Hung shared.
