On December 22, the Office of the Ministry of National Defense issued a document conveying the opinion of Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien, Deputy Minister of National Defense, Head of the Exhibition Steering Committee, on extending the opening time of some booths until December 23 (originally scheduled for December 22).

Specifically, extending the service time for the people for some booths of the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (shooting, AI technology, etc.); the exhibition area "Achievements in building the people's armed forces, building a national defense", cultural space and food service area.

Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien assigned the Exhibition Organizing Committee to direct subcommittees to provide attentive service and ensure absolute security and safety for visitors. On the first day of opening, leaders of the Ministry of National Defense were present at the exhibition to inspect some of the work.

On the afternoon of December 21, visiting and inspecting the reception of people at the exhibition, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien encouraged the service forces; thoroughly instructed and directed relevant departments to create maximum conditions and ensure absolute safety for people when visiting; and researched to extend the opening hours of some Vietnamese booths to welcome people to visit and experience.

The Organizing Committee, the standing agency, and military enterprises create the most favorable conditions for people to access the products. The security and safety units maintain their tasks well, especially traffic organization.

As of the morning of December 22, more than 150,000 people had registered to visit the exhibition. Since the afternoon of December 19, many people have flocked to the exhibition area. In response to the enthusiasm of the people, the Organizing Committee has flexibly decided to open the door early for people to visit.

By noon on December 21, the number of people visiting the exhibition had exceeded 100,000. On the morning of December 22, from 6am, thousands of people lined up in front of the entrance to the exhibition area, even though it was announced that the opening time would start at 9am.

Anticipating a large number of people registering, the Organizing Committee has prepared many different scenarios, with the spirit of creating maximum conditions, creating the most convenience and safety for people when coming to the Exhibition, making efforts to ensure both security, safety and food hygiene and safety issues.

On December 21-22, many visitors arrived early in the morning to wait to visit the equipment and weapons. People who want to visit must register in advance at the address: https://vietnamdefence.vdi.org.vn.

To maintain order and ensure safety, security forces instructed people to line up in blocks, giving priority to the elderly and children. Security forces also reminded people to comply with dress codes and other regulations in the visiting area.
