The People's Committee of Soc Son district has just issued a decision on the auction of land use rights in Dam Ngai area, Xuan Lai village (Xuan Thu commune). A total of 16 plots of land with a total area of 2,310m2 will be auctioned.
The land auction area is located in a convenient location for transportation and living and business conditions. The East borders the residential area, the North borders Provincial Road 16, the West and South borders the agricultural production area.
Of the 16 residential plots planned for auction, 11 plots have an area of 110m2 and 5 plots have an area of 220m2. Purpose of use: residential land; land use period: long-term; form of land allocation: the state allocates land with land use fee collection.
Currently, the People's Committee of Soc Son district is assigning the District Land Fund Development Center to carry out the steps to auction the land use rights for 16 residential land plots in Dam Ngai area, including determining the starting auction price and price steps. The auction is expected to be held in August 2024.
It is known that previously, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2735/QD-UBND on the allocation of 6,332.7 square meters of land in Xuan Thu commune to the People's Committee of Soc Son district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Dam Ngai area, Xuan Lai village (Xuan Thu commune).
