Ly Nhan district celebrates the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army

On the morning of December 17, the District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Ly Nhan District organized a celebration of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day; and met with retired military officers and retired soldiers in the area.

At the conference, delegates reviewed the 80-year tradition of building, fighting, winning, and growing up of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; 35 years of building a national defense. Over the past 80 years, the People's Army has, together with the people, achieved great victories in the cause of national liberation, defending the Fatherland, and fulfilling glorious international obligations. In the cause of national independence, thousands of children of Ly Nhan hometown went to battle, fought bravely, sacrificed for national independence, unified the country, together with the army and people of the whole country to achieve great victories, liberated the homeland, reunited the country. Many children of Ly Nhan hometown fought bravely, sacrificed, and left a part of their blood on the battlefields.

In the cause of innovation, the Ly Nhan district military force has always excellently completed all assigned tasks, contributing to building the tradition of "Solidarity, creativity, initiative, determination to win" of the provincial military force. After 77 years of construction, fighting and growing, the district military force has been awarded many noble prizes by the Party, the State and the Army; thousands of collectives and individuals have been awarded other noble prizes.
