Recently, FPT Jetking Training System held the Launching Ceremony of the International Semiconductor Design Training Program and the Seminar on Solving the Human Resource Thirst in the Semiconductor Industry in Ho Chi Minh City, marking a new step forward for the Vietnamese semiconductor industry. The successful ceremony attracted more than 200 attendees.
The event was attended by Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi - Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Harsh Bharwani - CEO of Jetking Group, Mr. Le Truong Tung - Chairman of FPT University Council, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Semiconductor Technology Association and many representatives of organizations and enterprises in the semiconductor industry. The launching ceremony is also an important demonstration of international cooperation in the field of education and the semiconductor industry.

FPT Jetking's International Semiconductor Design Program will focus on practical training with time accounting for up to 70% of the total study time. The program has been researched and developed by Jetking Academy India and FPT Education Organization, suitable for those who have no knowledge of Information Technology or Electricity - Electronics. After 2 years of studying at FPT Jetking, students will have practical knowledge and skills, meeting the demand for recruiting high-quality human resources in the semiconductor chip industry of Vietnamese and international enterprises.
In addition to the Launching Ceremony, FPT Jetking also organized a seminar on the topic of Solving the thirst for human resources in the semiconductor industry to analyze "Semiconductor industry - a golden opportunity for Vietnam to take off" and "The current situation of semiconductor human resources in Vietnam & future business needs". The speakers are influential people in the semiconductor industry of Vietnam and internationally such as Mr. Harsh Bharwani - CEO of Jetking Group, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Vinh - Executive Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Semiconductor Technology Association, Mr. Tran Nguyen Thang - Center Head at Quest Global Design Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen The Hien - Site Director at DreamBig Semiconductor Vietnam.
The seminar "Solving the thirst for human resources in the semiconductor industry" brings together many influential speakers in the industry.
Here, the speakers discussed in depth how to train high-quality semiconductor human resources, as well as strategies to attract and retain talent in this field. In particular, the cooperation method between enterprises and FPT Jetking was mentioned as a new approach, aiming to create a sustainable human resource supply chain, thereby promoting the development of the semiconductor industry in Vietnam.
