Vietnam National Team Launches New Uniform Ahead of Asian Cup Qualifiers

Today, March 15, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) in collaboration with the Jogarbola brand (belonging to Dong Luc Sports Group) held the Launching Ceremony of the official competition uniform of the Vietnam National Football Team in 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Vietnam team will debut the new kit in the FIFA Days friendly match against Cambodia on March 19 and the 2027 Asian Cup qualifying match against Laos on March 25.

The new 2025 uniform collection of the Vietnam National Team includes: Competition uniforms (traditional red and white), training uniforms (orange and blue) and travel and daily wear (polo shirts and suvec sets).

The pattern on the shirt is designed based on the image of overlapping mountain ranges, a symbol of an indomitable and resilient Vietnam.

All costumes use high-quality Hydro-silk fabric, produced through a strict quality control process according to Japanese technology standards. This material is soft, does not cause skin irritation, and at the same time maintains optimal lightness, creating a comfortable feeling when moving and accelerating.

In addition, Jogarbola launched the world's first HyperDry technology - which helps the fabric to quickly release moisture and evaporate sweat as soon as it touches the fabric surface.

In addition, the shirt is also extremely durable, resistant to friction and stretching, and maintains its beautiful shape over time without wrinkling or deforming. The new jersey of the National Team also incorporates the Air max air circulation feature to help maintain dryness, create a cool feeling, and ensure stable performance throughout the match.

In 2024, the Vietnam National Team won the Southeast Asian Football Championship - ASEAN Cup (AFF Cup) with Jogarbola's uniform. Therefore, VFF hopes that with the new version of the uniform, the players will continue to conquer bigger challenges, affirming the position of Vietnamese football in the regional and international arena.

"The uniform is not only a technical element but also a symbol of fighting spirit. We believe that the new uniform will motivate the players in the upcoming important tournaments," said Mr. Tran Anh Tu, Vice President of VFF at the event.

Also within the framework of the ceremony, VFF introduced the VI3TNAM font - the official set of letters and numbers on the National Team's uniform designed by VFF. The font is inspired by the five-pointed yellow star on the National Flag, combined with a sharp, strong Polygon Art style, reflecting the resilient fighting spirit of the Vietnam Team.

The three main colors in the font set include: Red - symbolizing enthusiasm and strong fighting spirit; white - representing purity, transparency and noble sportsmanship; yellow - symbolizing glory, the desire to conquer and national pride.
