Meeting of the Provincial Initiative Council and the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council

Accordingly, the standing agency of the Provincial Innovation Council, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board, has received applications for recognition of innovative solutions from 144 initiatives in the province.

The Provincial Emulation and Reward Board coordinated with a number of relevant departments and branches to establish a Provincial Initiative Scoring Council, resulting in 99 initiatives meeting the conditions and regulations.

According to the assessment of the members of the Provincial Initiative Council, the initiatives have demonstrated the purpose, reason, and urgency for building the initiative, and have also shown novelty, creativity, practicality, effective application, and scope of influence at the provincial level; in accordance with the functions and tasks of the agency, industry, and locality at the time of proposing the initiative for implementation.

For 45 initiatives that have not been achieved, the solutions and initiatives are only applied at the grassroots level, are not very effective, and the content of the solutions and initiatives is not specific.

In his concluding remarks, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong agreed with the opinions of the members of the Provincial Innovation Council, recognizing 99 initiatives that met the conditions and were in accordance with regulations. The Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee continued to guide those who had applications for recognition of provincial-level innovation solutions to complete their dossiers for review when eligible.

On the same day, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council held a meeting to approve the commendation under the authority of the President, the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the province in the first phase of 2025. Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council Ha Sy Dong chaired the meeting. Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Dao Manh Hung; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Ho Dai Nam attended.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council discussed and gave opinions on awarding the First Class Labor Medal to 1 collective; the Government's Emulation Flag to 13 collectives; the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit (rewarding the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind") to 3 collectives and 4 individuals; the title of Provincial Emulation Fighter to 27 individuals.

In his concluding remarks, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong requested the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board to complete the dossier, submit emulation titles and forms of State and provincial level rewards to collectives and individuals who have met the conditions in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board is assigned to continue reviewing the remaining records to advise the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council to review, comment and appraise in April 2025.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council voted unanimously on the list of collectives and individuals meeting the conditions and standards to propose to superiors for rewards.
