On the evening of March 27, thousands of people and tourists flocked to Van Thanh Tourist Area (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) to participate in the largest food festival in Vietnam.
The event aims to honor the unique culinary cultural values of Vietnam, and at the same time introduce to the Vietnamese people, overseas Vietnamese and international friends the unique culinary quintessence of the nation.

This year's Food Culture Festival surpasses previous festivals in terms of the number of dishes and drinks, with over 600 delicious dishes selected and refined from all three regions of the country, and local products.

Regional dishes from across the country are present at the Food Culture Festival.

"This is the first year my whole family has participated in this food festival. The dishes here are prepared with strong regional characteristics, and the prices are quite reasonable compared to the scale of such a large-scale festival," said Mai Thi Tit Ti (30 years old, Binh Thanh district).

Many young people also take advantage of after-work hours to experience the cuisine at the festival.

In the evening, the number of people flocking to the festival to experience the cuisine of the three regions increases, the walkways are packed with people.

The water puppet performance area was packed with people on the evening of March 27.
