Over 125 billion VND to build an export plywood factory in Nghi Xuan

The Export Plywood Factory Project with a total investment of more than 125 billion VND invested by WINTECH Production and Trading Company Limited will be built in Gia Lach Industrial Park (Nghi Xuan - Ha Tinh).

The Export Plywood Factory Project has just been approved for investment by the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board (January 5, 2024), with a budget of more than 125 billion VND. The project's goal is to produce plywood for the domestic and export markets. The investor is WINTECH Production and Trading Company Limited (headquartered in Xuan Loc Commune, Can Loc).

The project has a total land use area of 4.32 hectares, at lots CN-34, CN-35 in the Gia Lach Industrial Park Construction Zoning Plan, Nghi Xuan District.

The Export Plywood Factory Project will be invested and built in Gia Lach Industrial Park.

The project scale has a capacity of 50,000 ^m3 of finished products, divided into 2 investment phases. Phase 1 has a capacity of 20,000 ^m3 , expected to be put into operation no later than 24 months from the date of investment policy approval; Phase 2 has a capacity of 30,000 ^m3 , expected to be put into operation 12 months after phase 1 comes into operation.

It is known that Gia Lach Industrial Park, Nghi Xuan District was established under Decision No. 3088/QD-UBND dated October 25, 2010 of the Provincial People's Committee. Currently, Gia Lach Industrial Park has 10 valid domestic investment projects with a total registered investment capital of more than 825.9 billion VND (excluding the export plywood factory of WINTECH Production & Trading Company Limited).

Of which, 4 investment projects have been put into operation, including: Paper and packaging factory for export of Chau Tuan Import-Export Company Limited; packaging factory of Vinh Plastic and Packaging Joint Stock Company; Gas filling, painting and inspection station of Nghe An Liquefied Petroleum Gas Company Limited; Liquefied Petroleum Gas filling station of Petrolimex Hai Phong Gas Company Limited.

Two projects are being implemented, including the Nutreco Ha Tinh High-end Animal Feed Processing Factory of Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company and the Forestry Processing Factory of Ngan Linh Production and Trading Company Limited.

4 projects are being compensated and cleared, including: Nghi Xuan Medicinal Herbs Extraction and Processing Factory of Nghi Xuan Medicinal Herbs Import-Export Joint Stock Company; Factory for manufacturing household plastic products and water industry equipment and supplies of Hung Linh Plastic Joint Stock Company; Factory for mechanical processing and steel structure manufacturing of An Phat Mechanical and Investment Joint Stock Company; My Anh Agricultural Products Processing Factory of My Anh Import-Export Company Limited.
