Contest "Skillful Civil Affairs" in the provincial armed forces
On June 14, the Provincial Military Command held the opening ceremony of the "Skillful Civil Affairs" contest in the provincial armed forces (contest).
The competition was attended by 11 teams from units under the Provincial Military Command. Each team went through 3 rounds: Introducing the unit; knowledge and situation handling; and propaganda of typical and effective operational models.

The contest aims to evaluate the team of cadres doing mass mobilization work and mass mobilization activities in the provincial armed forces, thereby continuing to lead, direct, foster, improve knowledge and understanding of mass mobilization and mass mobilization work, and situation handling capacity; is an opportunity for units to exchange experiences, expertise, good and creative ways of doing things, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the provincial armed forces...
The contest takes place on June 14 and 15.
