Yen Bai - On the morning of February 13, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) held a conference to disseminate and implement Project No. 23-DA/TU dated November 30, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on "Innovation, improvement of quality and effectiveness of supervision (GS) and social criticism (PBXH) activities of the FFC and socio-political organizations at all levels in Yen Bai province, period 2025 - 2030" (referred to as Project No. 23).

Project No. 23 aims to continue raising awareness, responsibility, promoting the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, member organizations and people of all walks of life in participating in supervision and social security, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and government; firmly consolidating people's trust in the leadership of Party committees and authorities, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Accordingly, every year, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will preside over at least 3 supervision meetings, each provincial-level socio-political organization will preside over at least 1 supervision meeting, the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the district level will preside over at least 6 supervision meetings, the Commune-level Fatherland Front Committee will preside over and coordinate with socio-political organizations at the same level to conduct at least 1 supervision meeting; 100% of the Front Work Committees in villages and residential groups will regularly organize supervision of the implementation of political tasks in the residential community, supervise cadres, party members, and elected representatives at their place of residence. At the same time, every year, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will preside over 3 social security conferences, each provincial-level socio-political organization will preside over at least 1 social security conference or more.

At the same time, proactively participate in giving opinions on draft laws, draft legal documents, policies, programs, projects related to the legitimate rights and interests of the people before submitting them to competent authorities at all levels for approval and implementation; The Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the provincial level coordinate to organize at least 1 dialogue conference with union members, association members and people; The Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations at the district level organize at least 1 dialogue conference or more and coordinate to participate in contact and dialogue conferences according to the plan of the Party Committee and government at the same level...

To implement Project No. 23 in a practical and effective manner and achieve the set targets and tasks, in 2025 alone, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee will preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and socio-political organizations to establish a delegation to conduct a review of 4 specialized contents: the implementation of the responsibilities of the head; the implementation of the National Target Programs on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, sustainable poverty reduction and new rural construction; the deployment and implementation of legal provisions on the implementation of the Law on Grassroots Democracy and the responsibilities of the head in implementing the Law on Grassroots Democracy.

Regarding social security activities, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee coordinates with provincial-level socio-political organizations to organize social security for projects, draft legal documents, important programs and projects related to the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members, association members and people. Strive in 2025, 100% of the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels continue to thoroughly grasp and propagate the Party's resolutions, legal regulations on promoting the role of supervision, social security, and participating in Party and government building of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to the Front's cadres, member organizations and have forms of propaganda and dissemination widely among the people; 100% of the Fatherland Front Committees at district and commune levels complete the signing of regulations on coordination of work with the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the People's Committee at the same level in conjunction with the implementation of supervision, social security and the reception of opinions and recommendations after supervision, social security of the Fatherland Front; 100% of the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels preside over consultations with socio-political organizations at the same level to develop a supervision, social security plan.

In particular, the provincial Fatherland Front chaired at least 3 supervision meetings and organized 3 social security conferences; 100% of the Front Work Committees in villages and residential groups regularly organized supervision of the implementation of political tasks in the residential community, supervision of cadres, party members, and elected representatives at their places of residence; 100% of the People's Inspection Committees and Community Investment Supervision Committees were strengthened and operated effectively.
