Over 81% of grassroots party cells have held congresses.

Information from the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee: As of February 10, 2025, the entire Thai Nguyen province had 3,485/4,257 party cells under grassroots party committees completing the organization of congresses for the 2025-2027 term (accounting for 81.86% of the total number of party cells under grassroots party committees).

Up to now, over 81% of grassroots Party cells in the province have completed organizing Party cell congresses for the 2025-2027 term.

Of the 22 grassroots party organizations registered to organize model congresses, 19 have so far completed the organization of the congress; 1 grassroots party organization under the Provincial Military Party Committee is expected to organize the congress at the end of March 2025. The remaining 2 registered grassroots party organizations (1 under the Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Corporation Party Committee, 1 under the Pho Yen City Party Committee) are subject to merger and dissolution. In addition, 2 grassroots party organizations have organized mass congresses.

According to the general assessment, thanks to the close and effective direction of Party committees at all levels, the congresses of branches and grassroots Party committees were all organized solemnly and successfully. Notably, the quality of political reports was improved, detailed and realistic, fully reflecting the results of leadership in implementing the resolutions of the Party cell congresses for the 2022-2025 term, the resolutions of the Party congresses for the 2020-2025 term; at the same time, clearly defining the goals, tasks and solutions in the new term. In addition, personnel work at the congresses was carried out in accordance with regulations.

According to the plan, in June 2025, Thai Nguyen province will complete the commune-level Party Congress; the district-level Party Congress will be completed before August 31, 2025; and the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, will be completed before October 31, 2025.
