Conference on propaganda orientation for the second quarter of 2025

In recent times, press and propaganda agencies in the province have continued to closely follow the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; and the propaganda orientation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission. Through propaganda work, consensus and unity among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life have been created for the policy of continuing to reorganize and streamline the apparatus; demonstrating determination and efforts towards successfully implementing the political goals and tasks in 2025 and the entire 2020-2025 term. Propaganda work has contributed to the success of important events in the province, such as: The 95th anniversary of the establishment of the first Communist Party cell in An Giang province (1930-2025); The ceremony to receive the UNESCO certificate recognizing the Via Ba Chua Xu Festival of Sam Mountain as a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity, opening the Via Ba festival in 2025, etc.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of An Giang Province, Tran Thi Thanh Huong, suggested that in the second quarter of 2025, units continue to promote propaganda towards the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025); the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025); the Award Ceremony of the Contest for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Uncle Ho and Uncle Ton" for the period 2024 - 2025; the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), contributing to promoting the image of An Giang; demonstrating political determination, demonstrating the desire to rise up, creating new confidence, new spirit, new motivation in the entire Party Committee and people of An Giang.
