Sports activities connect workers and laborers

To welcome the 2025 Lunar New Year , the Trade Union of Ching Luh Shoes Vietnam Co. , Ltd. organized a mini-football tournament for men and women, attracting a large number of employees to participate, with 14 men's teams and 10 women's teams. This football tournament was held at the Company's football field, which has just been newly invested in to serve the entertainment and sports training needs of employees.

Mr. Dang Van Chau - Employee of Ching Luh Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd., said: "Every year on Labor Month, employees eagerly participate in activities organized by the Trade Union, especially football tournaments, because this is the passion of many employees.

This year, we are very happy and proud that the Company has 2 football fields. This is the concern and care of the Company's leaders for the employees. Since the field has been in operation for more than a month, my colleagues and I have regularly registered to use the field to practice sports as well as prepare for the tournament. Playing football at the Company's field is not only convenient, cost-saving, and a passion, but also ensures security and safety, so everyone is excited."

The mini football tournament for men and women of the Trade Union of Ching Luh Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. takes place in April and May 2025 (Sundays) to create convenience for employees to participate. This activity not only celebrates Labor Month but is also an opportunity for employees to exercise , promote sportsmanship, bond with colleagues, build a more positive, united and dynamic working environment.

Chairman of the Trade Union of Ching Luh Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Nguyen Van Khai said: Participating in the tournament, each employee will be supported with 120,000 VND/day to encourage and motivate employees. The prizes are also quite attractive with the first prize of 5 million VND, the second prize of 4 million VND, the third prize of 3.5 million VND, and the consolation prize of 3 million VND. In addition, there are also prizes for the top scorer and the best goalkeeper. This is an event that contributes to connecting employees as well as promoting the image of the company with the core value "Ching Luh is a family".

This is not only an opportunity for employees to exercise and relieve stress after working hours, but also an opportunity to connect with colleagues and strengthen solidarity between departments and workshops in the Company.
