Mrs. Tran Thi Minh's house has a broken concrete pillar behind the pigsty and a cracked kitchen, so the army will reinforce and rebuild it. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chinh's house has a broken tile roof and nearly 100 square meters of wall collapsed. Division 372 and the family agreed to rebuild the collapsed part of the house, said a representative of the People's Committee of Dien Nam Bac ward.
Tomorrow, Division 372 will work with the remaining households to agree on the level of support.
Local authorities and representatives of the Air Defense - Air Force also visited and encouraged Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, 54 years old, who was hit in the head by plane debris and is being treated at Vinh Duc Hospital in Dien Ban town. Soldiers will be on duty at the hospital to take care of Mr. Hung.

Earlier, at 11:04 a.m. on January 9, Su-22 aircraft number 5880 encountered an accident during a training flight and was unable to land. Pilot Do Tien Duc, 36 years old, tried to move the aircraft away from densely populated areas, then parachuted into Dien Nam Trung ward.
After a loud explosion, the front and fuselage of the plane broke off and fell into Dien Nam Bac ward, about 200 meters from where the pilot parachuted. A house had its wall and roof collapsed. Mr. Hung was injured in the head. The pilot parachuted safely.
