The project has completed about 50% of the volume and the construction has encountered many difficulties due to the land acquisition of 0.54ha of 12 households (Photo: a corner of the building of the project under construction due to land acquisition) The project to relocate and resettle 212 households in the central area of Gia Nghia City requires the recovery of 9.72 hectares of 120 cases in Nghia Duc, Nghia Trung and Nghia Thanh wards. The land clearance has been very slow in the past (Photo: Houses in the area of land recovery in Nghia Duc ward) and currently Gia Nghia City has not completed the documents to approve specific land prices. Gia Nghia Central Square project has now completed about 62% of the contract value. In which, the exhibition center project has basically completed the construction part. The Gia Nghia Central Square yard is still short of 140,000m3 of land to be leveled with the central building. From the current ground, it is necessary to raise about 10m to reach the square yard which has been basically completed. The Dao Nghia - Quang Khe road project (phase 2) passes through Gia Nghia city, is more than 18km long, affecting about 358 households on an area of about 71ha. Currently, the government has mobilized people to proactively hand over about 2km and started construction right in this area. The Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project has a total investment of 753 billion VND and is now over 50% complete. The project is in the acceleration phase with the goal of completion before September 30, 2025. Night shift construction workers at the Provincial General Hospital Upgrade Project
