Providing construction equipment for 80 Dak Nong officials

The conference will help trainees apply knowledge and skills effectively in management, supervision and development in the construction field.

On the morning of March 31, the Department of Construction in collaboration with the Academy of Construction and Urban Management (Ministry of Construction) organized a training conference to improve knowledge and professional skills in the field of construction for 80 trainees who are cadres, civil servants and public employees under specialized construction management agencies.

80 trainees are officials, civil servants and public employees under specialized management agencies of Dak Nong participating in the training course.

The conference focused on three key topics: training in basic knowledge and skills on building information modeling (BIM); the work of establishing regulations on architectural management and project management according to approved planning; knowledge of construction order management in the province.

BIM is an inevitable trend in the construction industry, helping to improve management efficiency, minimize errors and optimize costs. BIM application will provide good support for the preparation, appraisal and management of construction investment projects.

Experts disseminate basic knowledge and skills about building information modeling (BIM)

The conference aims to effectively implement the 2019 Law on Architecture and related regulations, ensuring that architectural management regulations are suitable to practical conditions. At the same time, it will improve skills in organizing and managing construction planning, creating synchronization in urban and infrastructure development.

The training course helps to raise awareness of the responsibilities and powers of State management agencies in monitoring and handling violations of construction order, aiming at the goal of sustainable urban development and ensuring order in construction work.

Director of Dak Nong Department of Construction Phan Nhat Thanh emphasized the urgent tasks of the construction sector in the new context.

Speaking at the conference, Director of the Department of Construction Phan Nhat Thanh said that in the context of infrastructure, urban and industrial development being promoted, fostering professional knowledge and updating new legal regulations is an urgent task. This is an opportunity for trainees to acquire knowledge from leading experts and exchange experiences. From there, they can effectively apply it to management, supervision and development in the construction sector.

The conference takes place from March 31 to April 9, 2025.
