Redmi launched the K70, K70 Pro, and K70e in November last year and is set to add the top-end Redmi K70 Ultra.
The source revealed that Redmi K70 Ultra is equipped with a C8+ panel jointly developed by Xiaomi and TCL Huaxing. This screen offers high-frequency PWM dimming up to 3840 Hz with a resolution of 1.5K with a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
Redmi K70 Ultra has super thin 1.7mm bezels on the top and sides and a 1.9mm bottom bezel - the thinnest ever for the Redmi brand.
In terms of performance, the Redmi K70 Ultra is equipped with the Dimensity 9300 Plus chip and a newly designed cooling system with an integrated independent D1 graphics chip.
The product comes in an Ice Glass color option with a metal frame design and a premium glass back, IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It has 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, a 5,500 mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging, and is also equipped with an independent X7 display chip like the Redmi K60 Ultra.
Redmi K70 Ultra is equipped with a 3-camera system on the back including: 50MP Light Hunter 800 main sensor with 8MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro camera. The main sensor will be 1/1.55 inches in size and provide a dynamic contrast range of up to 13.2EV. The front will be equipped with a 20MP selfie camera.
The source also said that there will also be an improved version of Redmi K70 Ultra called Xiaomi 14T Pro launched in the international market in the near future.
