According to initial information, in the early morning of October 4, people working in the fields discovered a dead person on the edge of a rice field in village 3, Nghi Duc commune, Tanh Linh district (Binh Thuan).

Upon receiving the news, the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police sent forces to coordinate with professional departments and forensic forces to organize a crime scene investigation and autopsy.
Initially, the authorities identified the deceased as Ms. P (born in 1975, residing in Nghi Duc commune, Tanh Linh district). At the scene, the authorities discovered a battery and a system of electrical wires that people often use to trap mice. It is known that Ms. P often went to catch snails in the fields and is suspected of tripping over the wire used to trap mice and was electrocuted to death. The case is currently being investigated by the authorities.
Then, at noon on October 4, people discovered Mr. NVM (born in 1975, hometown Long An province) dead in a dragon fruit garden in Ham My commune, Ham Thuan Nam district (Binh Thuan).
Upon receiving the report, the Investigation Police Department of Ham Thuan Nam District Police (Binh Thuan) arrived at the scene to investigate the incident. At the scene, Mr. M's body was found lying near an electric pole, surrounded by electric wires being pulled up. Through the examination of the scene, the authorities determined that the victim was likely electrocuted while pulling the electric wire.
The case is currently being investigated by the authorities.
