The Land Clearance Council of Chi Linh City (Hai Duong) is conducting an inventory and coordinating with a consulting unit to conduct a price survey as a basis for developing a compensation plan and supporting organizations and individuals whose land is being recovered to serve the construction of Van Bridge, Tan An Bridge and access roads.
More than 1,200 billion VND to build Van bridge and access road
The investment project to build the approach road and Van bridge connecting National Highway 37, Chi Linh City with the approach road to Trieu Bridge, Kinh Mon Town (Hai Duong Province) has a total route length of 13.0km.
The project has been approved by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province with a total investment of more than 1,296 billion VND, from the provincial budget, with the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board (BLDA) as the investor. The implementation period is 2021-2025 and 2026-2030.
Van Bridge connecting Kinh Mon town with Chi Linh city will be newly built according to the "Chuot Chuot" architecture of the Large Bridge - Tunnel Design Consulting Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) with prestressed reinforced concrete structure, 12m wide, 894m long.
Of which, the main route is 9.7km long, starting point intersects with National Highway 37, about 1.3km from Binh Bridge towards Dong Lac Commune, Chi Linh City.
The end point intersects with provincial road 389 and Trieu bridge approach road in Le Ninh commune, Kinh Mon town.
According to the design, the project's road system is built to the scale of a level III plain road, with a design speed of 80km/h, a 12m wide roadbed and an 11m wide road surface.
The branch line includes branch line 1, about 2.05km long (section from Km10+600 - Km12+650 of provincial road 389B), renovated and upgraded to the scale of a level IV plain road, design speed 60km/h, roadbed width 9m, road surface width 8m; Branch line 2, 1.32km long (section from Mong Pass to the intersection with provincial road 389B), renovated and expanded road surface to a scale of 7-11m suitable for site conditions.
The project is invested in construction to complete the regional traffic network according to the planning, creating a traffic axis connecting Kinh Mon urban area with Chi Linh urban area, connecting National Highway 37 with Provincial Road 389, existing Provincial Road 389B and planned routes such as Ring Road V - Capital region, North - South axis of Hai Duong province.
Along with that is the gradual formation of a traffic route connecting the northeastern districts of Hai Duong with the provinces and cities: Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong.
From there, creating inter-regional development space and favorable conditions to attract investment projects; contributing to promoting socio-economic development of Chi Linh city, Kinh Mon town in particular and Hai Duong province in general.
In order for the project to start construction as planned and on schedule, localities are conducting inventories and coordinating with consultants to conduct price surveys as a basis for developing compensation plans and supporting organizations and individuals whose land is being recovered for construction.
Accordingly, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City has recently issued a notice to recover land for project implementation with a total expected recovery area of 17.8 hectares from 258 organizations and households, corresponding to 283 plots of land in Tan Dan and Dong Lac wards. The recovered land area is mainly agricultural land.
According to the plan, by the end of December 2024, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City will complete the payment of support and compensation for site clearance (GPMB) to implement the project.
Investing 600 billion VND to build Tan An bridge and access road
According to information from the People's Committee of Chi Linh City, in parallel with the site clearance work for the Van Bridge project and the access road, the locality is also actively coordinating with the consulting unit to conduct a price survey as a basis for developing a compensation plan and supporting organizations and individuals whose land is recovered to serve the construction of the Tan An Bridge project and the access road connecting to National Highway 18.
According to the plan, support and compensation for site clearance will be completed in December 2024.
The investment project to build Tan An bridge and the connecting road to National Highway 18 (Chi Linh City) belongs to Group B, approved by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province with a total investment of 600 billion VND, drawn from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025.
The project is invested by the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project implementation period is from 2023-2025.
Perspective of Tan An bridge connecting Chi Linh city with Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province, which is about to be built
The project investment scope has the starting point at Km0+00 intersecting with National Highway 18 (equivalent to Km33+365/National Highway 18), in the territory of Chi Minh Ward, Chi Linh City; the end point is about Km3+485.47 (connecting to the project: Construction of a new route connecting the intersection of Provincial Road 390 to National Highway 18, the section through Nam Sach District invested by Nam Sach District People's Committee) in the territory of Nam Tan Commune, Nam Sach District. The route length is about 3.485 km.
According to the design, Tan An bridge is 574.6m long, built with reinforced concrete, prestressed reinforced concrete; the scale is divided into 1/2 of the planning, building a unit on the left with a width of B=12m.
The main bridge pillar is inspired by the pen tower and lotus bud with 8 cables, 3 pillars arranged with 6 lighting systems, shining up to the sky and converging at the main tower pillar.
Approach road section, build approach road 1/2 of planning scale (left); design according to level 3 plain road with roadbed width Bn=12m and Bm=11m, asphalt concrete road surface structure.
The project will carry out synchronous construction of items such as intersections, drainage, lighting systems, signaling systems and traffic safety organization, and restore related technical infrastructure according to regulations.
The construction of Tan An bridge and the access road connecting to National Highway 18 to connect with the project to build a new route connecting the intersection of Provincial Road 390 to National Highway 18, the section passing through Nam Sach district, aims to gradually complete the inter-regional traffic axis connecting localities in the province.
