Hanoi approves planning for Dong Anh District Administrative Center

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 4531 on approving the master plan of the investment project to build the Dong Anh District Administrative Center on the land within the administrative boundaries of Dong Anh town and Uy No commune, Dong Anh district.

Accordingly, the scale of the land area for planning research is about 4.97 hectares; the North borders Cao Lo Street; the East borders residential area of Group 2, Dong Anh town; the South borders Le Dinh Thiep Street; the West borders Phuc Loc Street.

Land use items include: Land for construction of the District Administrative Center (including construction of the District Party Committee - People's Council - District People's Committee headquarters; green trees, gardens, parking lots; traffic roads; technical stations; gates, fences; headquarters for receiving citizens and handling administrative procedures) with an area of about 30,643.5 m2.

Land for construction of green square (including construction items: fountain, sports playground, garden trees, walking paths... shared area) has an area of about 19,103.9 m2.

Regarding the organization of landscape architecture space, the center of the project is the main headquarters block (headquarters of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee) including 1 basement, 1 ground floor, 6 upper floors and an attic. On the left of the main block is the block for receiving documents and returning results, which was renovated from the old District Party Committee headquarters.

In front of the two blocks is a green square area (green land, residential sports area, open space design, serving the common use of the area). Other areas include: Security house, parking area, square, green park area... arranged to suit the usage requirements and connect to the regional traffic network.

The City People's Committee assigned the Dong Anh District People's Committee to preside over, together with the Department of Planning and Architecture and relevant agencies, to organize the public announcement of the approved Master Plan of the Dong Anh District Administrative Center Construction Investment Project for organizations, agencies and individuals to know and implement .

Previously, the 12th session of the 16th Hanoi People's Council voted to pass a Resolution approving the policy of establishing Dong Anh district and 24 wards of Dong Anh district on the basis of the original status of 185.68km2 of natural area and a population of 437,308 people.
