(Dan Tri) - According to the plan, on land lot H4HH1 of the Tay Ho Tay Urban Area project, a public service and commercial complex combined with high-class housing will be built.
Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 5894 on adjusting and supplementing the 2024 Land Use Plan of Bac Tu Liem district.
The decision to supplement the list of Land Use Plans for 2024 includes 5 projects, with an area of 10.76 hectares, including: Construction of a road connecting Nguyen Dinh Tu Street to Co Nhue Street and to Road No. 10 of Bac Co Nhue - Chem Urban Area; Construction of Dong Ngac Ward Military Command; Phu Dien - Ecity Phu Dien complex project in Phu Dien Ward, Bac Tu Liem District; Construction of a cultural house combined with an entertainment area of Residential Area No. 7, Phuc Dien Ward.
Notable among these is the project of the public service complex, commercial and high-end housing in Tay Ho Tay at land lot H4HH1, Tay Ho Tay Urban Area.
Hanoi also adjusted the area of land allocated in 2024 with a total area of 4,534.84 hectares. Of which, agricultural land is 524.13 hectares; non-agricultural land is 3,898.53 hectares; unused land is 112.18 hectares. At the same time, additional land recovery in 2024 for agricultural land is 7.44 hectares; non-agricultural land is 7.44 hectares.
At the same time, the number of projects and area stated in Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 3906/QD-UBND dated July 29, 2024 will be adjusted to 207 projects with a total area of 1,699.58 hectares. Other contents stated in related decisions remain valid.
About the West Lake Urban Area (Starlake) is planned on an area of over 186 hectares, within the administrative boundaries of Xuan La ward (Tay Ho district), Nghia Do ward (Cau Giay district), Xuan Dinh commune and Co Nhue 1 ward (Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi).

This project was officially started in 2014 by THT Development Co., Ltd. (under Daewoo E&C Group) as the investor with a capital scale of more than 1.3 billion USD.
According to a survey by Dan Tri reporters, townhouses and villas at the Starlake project are currently being offered for sale at prices ranging from 400 million VND to over 800 million VND/m2.
For example, a semi-detached villa in this project with an area of 240m2, located on a corner lot, is being offered for sale at VND204 billion, equivalent to VND850 million/m2. A townhouse in this project with an area of 112m2 is also being offered for sale at VND50 billion, equivalent to more than VND446 million/m2.
At the Starlake project, apartments are also being offered for sale at prices ranging from 90 million VND to 135 million VND/m2, with some apartments priced at over 150 million VND/m2. For example, a duplex apartment in this project with an area of 231.4m2 is being offered for sale at 39 billion VND, equivalent to 168.5 million VND/m2.
