Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police was promoted to colonel ahead of schedule

On the morning of May 31, Hai Duong Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and award decisions on rank promotion and salary increase in 2023 to many leaders and officers and soldiers.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Police announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on promoting ranks for officers.

Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police, Colonel Bui Quang Binh presented flowers to representatives of officers and soldiers who were promoted and had their salaries increased.

Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quang Binh, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Police Department and Lieutenant Colonel Bui Manh Hung, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Hai Duong Provincial Police Department were promoted to the rank of Colonel.

In particular, Mr. Bui Quang Binh was promoted one year ahead of schedule due to his outstanding achievements during his work.

Along with the announcement ceremony for the two provincial police leaders, the Personnel Organization Department also announced decisions on rank promotion and salary increase in 2023 for 1,056 officers and soldiers.

Representatives of officers and soldiers who were promoted in rank and had their salaries increased this year expressed their gratitude for the attention and facilitation of the Ministry of Public Security and the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department, and promised to continue to make efforts, constantly overcome difficulties, uphold the spirit of responsibility, be exemplary pioneers, and excellently complete assigned tasks.

Colonel Bui Quang Binh expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the organization and the collective of officers and soldiers of Hai Duong Provincial Public Security for their encouragement, support and solidarity throughout the past time. Being promoted ahead of schedule, Colonel Binh expressed his honor and also recognized the great responsibility that the organization and collective are entrusting. He also congratulated Deputy Director Bui Manh Hung on being promoted to the rank of Colonel, bringing more pride to the unit.
