According to Decision No. 244/QD-TTg, the objective of the above project is to apply digital technology in receiving and processing information and reflecting on legal regulations that are contradictory, overlapping, and no longer appropriate in the legal system.

In particular, the project focuses on building and effectively operating the Information System for receiving and processing feedback and recommendations on legal documents, thereby contributing to speeding up the progress of receiving and processing feedback and recommendations and improving the quality of building and perfecting a unified, synchronous, public, transparent and accessible legal system.

This information system will allow sending, receiving, classifying and processing recommendations and feedback, and evaluating the processing results according to specific criteria.

For example, individuals, agencies, organizations and businesses that send feedback and recommendations have the right to respond with information to clarify the handling results of state agencies and evaluate the handling results of state agencies.

In addition, the project also includes the task of assessing the current status of receiving and handling feedback on legal regulations and focusing on improving efficiency through automating the entire process from receiving, classifying and processing.

The project on applying digital technology in receiving and handling recommendations on legal documents is proposed to promote and create favorable conditions for individuals, organizations and agencies to reflect and make recommendations promptly and quickly, and to monitor the process of receiving and handling legal regulations that are contradictory, overlapping and no longer appropriate.

At the same time, this is also an opportunity for state agencies to improve the quality of service to people and businesses and the policy response capacity of agencies and competent persons; enhance the effectiveness of reviewing and inspecting legal documents and organizing law enforcement in the current period.

The project will be implemented from February 2025 with solutions such as developing guidance documents, standardizing data structures, publishing the system and training the operating team.
