(Dan Tri) - Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan, Deputy Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police, has just been appointed to the position of Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police.
On January 20, at the Ha Giang Provincial Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Minister of Public Security's decision on personnel work. Major General Dang Hong Duc, Deputy Minister of Public Security, chaired the ceremony.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leader of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision to appoint Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan, Deputy Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police, to the position of Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police.

Presenting the decision and congratulating Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan with flowers, Major General Dang Hong Duc affirmed that this is the trust and recognition of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for the efforts and dedication in Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan's career.
Major General Dang Hong Duc hopes that after receiving the new mission and responsibility, Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan will continue to promote his sense of responsibility, qualities, capacity, work experience, unite with the Party Committee and the provincial police leadership to promote collective intelligence, advise the local Party Committee and government on ensuring security and order, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
