National Sports Tournament 2025 in Quang Ninh

The 2025 Ethnic Sports Tournament in Quang Ninh attracted nearly 500 athletes from 26 units under TKV, of which more than 100 athletes are ethnic minorities such as Dao, H'Mong, San Diu, Tay, Nung, Thai... At this year's tournament, athletes competed in 3 traditional sports including: tug of war, shuttlecock throwing, and stick pushing in different weight classes and events.

Tug of war competition demonstrates collective strength, teamwork and good coordination between athletes in the whole team.

In recent years, in addition to taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers, the Group and its units regularly organize many cultural and sports activities to encourage working spirit and strengthen solidarity among cadres and workers.

The shuttlecock throwing competition demonstrates the dexterity and coordination of pairs of athletes.

The 2025 National Sports Tournament is held to celebrate the founding day of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26), Vietnam Sports Day (March 27), and at the same time, to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the 4th Party Committee of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group, the 6th Party Committee of Quang Ninh Coal and look forward to major holidays.

At the same time, the 2025 National Sports Tournament aims to contribute to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, spreading the love of sports, the spirit of solidarity and the value of "Discipline and Unity" of TKV. This is the first sports tournament of TKV in 2025.

The competition content is pole pushing, demonstrating individual strength and technique.
