Gold price lost 102 million VND/tael

The company listed the price of SJC gold bars at 99.1 million VND/tael (buy) - 101.8 million VND/tael (sell), down 300,000 VND/tael each afternoon compared to the morning of the same day as well as the end of the previous day.

The price of gold rings also went down. Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company reduced 300,000 VND/tael each way, to 99.1 million VND/tael (buy) - 101.8 million VND/tael (sell).

Saigon Jewelry Company Limited reduced the buying price by VND300,000/tael and kept the selling price unchanged, at VND98.9 million/tael (buy) - VND101.5 million/tael (sell).

In the same trend, Bao Tin Minh Chau Company Limited lowered the price below 102 million VND/tael, trading at 99.2 million VND/tael (buy) - 101.9 million VND/tael (sell), 300,000 VND/tael lower each afternoon compared to the morning of the same day, and compared to the end of the previous day, it decreased by 600,000 VND/tael (buy) and 300,000 VND/tael (sell).

Thus, the 102 million VND/tael mark of SJC gold bars and gold rings was quickly lost after being established on April 1.

The current buying-selling price range for SJC gold bars is 2.7 million VND/tael; for gold rings it is 2.7-2.73 million VND/tael. The prices of gold bars and gold rings are quite equal.

On the international market, at nearly 4:00 p.m., the gold price was 3,136 USD/ounce, not much different from 3,133 USD/ounce at 9:00 a.m. the same day.
