Meeting with intellectuals, artists and journalists on the occasion of the Spring of At Ty 2025

On the morning of February 6, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province solemnly held a meeting with delegates representing intellectuals, artists, and the press on the occasion of the beginning of the Spring of At Ty 2025.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Huynh Thi Chien Hoa - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Tuan Ha - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Ba Canh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; former provincial leaders of all periods; representatives of relevant departments, branches, units, organizations and nearly 300 delegates representing intellectuals, artists, journalists, and outstanding individuals in various fields of the province.

At the meeting, delegates, intellectuals, artists, and the press enjoyed a performance program with many special performances; watched a report on the contributions and imprints of intellectuals, artists, the press, cultural, educational, literary, artistic, information and communication activities... in the province in 2024.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha respectfully sent New Year wishes to the intellectuals, artists and journalists of Dak Lak province for good health, happiness and success. At the same time, he said that in 2024, with high solidarity and unity, overcoming difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province have strived to fulfill their tasks well and achieved important results. Compared to 2023, the total export turnover is estimated at 1,650 million USD, an increase of 10.3%; the total state budget revenue in the area is estimated at 8,500 billion VND, an increase of 7.78%; The scale of the economy continues to increase, the total product value in the area at current prices reaches 141,326 billion VND, an increase of 16.7%, 1.63 times higher than in 2020 (leading the Central Highlands region)...

In the fields of culture, society and foreign affairs, attention continued to be paid to implementation, achieving positive results; policies on social security, people with meritorious services, poverty reduction, and programs to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses were focused on and implemented synchronously, promptly and effectively; national defense was strengthened; political security and social order and safety were maintained.

To achieve the above results, in addition to the efforts of all levels and sectors, the consensus and determination of the entire Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province, there are also important contributions from the intellectuals, artists and press of the province.

Warmly welcoming and praising the contributions and dedication of the intellectuals, artists and journalists, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha affirmed that to successfully implement the goals and tasks in 2025 and the following years, it requires solidarity, efforts and determination of the entire Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province, especially the intellectuals, artists and journalists.
