Delegation working rooms and group discussion rooms are also set up to serve important events.

On the morning of March 24, the Provincial People's Committee solemnly held the Signboard Installation Ceremony of the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center to welcome the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the event were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Dang Ngoc Huy; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dinh Thi Hong Minh; and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In addition, the building is equipped with 3 elevator clusters in 3 areas, serving the convenient and quick movement of large numbers of people between floors. The exhibition area - outdoor fair with a capacity of 500 standard booths, outdoor stage, public toilets, landscape axis, sports field, parking lot, ... are invested synchronously.

The project's design was approved based on a nationwide architectural design competition, with the Selection Council being experts, scientists, and leading architects from the Ministry of Construction and the Provincial Association of Architects. The project started construction in March 2022, with the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works as the investor. With a high spirit of determination, scientific construction organization measures, and smooth coordination of units, the project was completed and put into use with quality, aesthetics, and ensuring occupational safety and hygiene.

With the results achieved during the project implementation, the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center was selected by the Provincial Party Standing Committee as the project to welcome the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The project was unanimously selected by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee as a project to welcome the 21st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, which is an honor for the investor and relevant units.

To achieve the project's objectives and effectively manage, operate and exploit the project, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang requested the project investor to coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts to complete the installation and operation of the project and equipment to facilitate the management, operation, maintenance and repair work. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directed the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts to develop an annual operational plan, including the task of effectively exploiting and using the project.

Actively attract organizations, businesses, and individuals to organize trade promotion activities, fairs, and outdoor exhibitions to maximize the function and efficiency of the project. Departments, branches, and the People's Committee of Quang Ngai City coordinate to organize activities and events of their agencies, units, and localities at the Center to effectively exploit the project.
