Workers are supported with union gifts in the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Thanks to the Party"

Some outstanding activities include implementing the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang", wishing New Year to units on duty during the Lunar New Year, supporting 2,000 union members in difficult circumstances to participate in "Tet Union Market 2025" on e-commerce platforms of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor... The trade unions at the grassroots level and the grassroots trade unions also organize year-end parties, year-end parties, lucky draws, giving gifts to workers in especially difficult circumstances, those who have had work-related accidents, serious illnesses, and families with preferential policies, supporting train and bus tickets and trips to take workers home for Tet.

In addition, responding to the movement "Skillful mass mobilization" associated with the emulation movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", from the fund of the program "Trade union shelter", the Provincial Labor Federation has considered supporting the construction and repair of 3 houses to help union members in difficult circumstances, stabilize their housing, and feel secure in their work and production.
