In 2024, Binh Thuan Lottery Company Limited has exceeded the targets and plans assigned by the Ministry of Finance, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee, specifically: Revenue of VND 6,505.1 billion, reaching 102.07% of the plan, up 2.06% compared to 2023; Profit of VND 787.4 billion, reaching 105.31% of the plan, up 7.82% compared to 2023; The budget payment was 2,234.3 billion VND, reaching 102.27% of the plan, an increase of 13.35% compared to 2023. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, the Company paid 997 billion VND to the budget, reaching 42% of the 2025 plan, an increase of 17.6% compared to the same period in 2024. At the conference, based on the achieved results, the Company set out a number of basic targets that need to be achieved in 2025 such as: Total revenue reached 6,540.6 billion VND; State budget payment reached 2,356.2 billion VND, profit reached 806.5 billion VND.

Along with the successful implementation of business plan targets, the Company has effectively coordinated with socio-political organizations, always paying attention to social security work. In 2024, the Company sponsored the construction of 89 solidarity houses with an amount of more than 4.5 billion VND, and supported education and training with over 4.2 billion VND. In particular, the Company contributed 40 billion VND to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.

The emulation to complete the tasks, targets and business plans of the Company has contributed to the completion of the socio-economic development targets of the locality.

Regarding the key tasks to be performed in 2025, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Van Dang requested the Company to continue to maintain the stability of the traditional lottery market, develop revenue and maintain the consumption rate as in 2024, ensuring the completion of the 2025 plan.

Strengthen, connect, and maintain the close relationship between the Company and agents and lottery ticket sellers to consolidate, expand, and sustainably develop lottery business activities; strengthen solidarity and support between companies to maintain the traditional lottery market; improve technology and traditional lottery ticket printing techniques to limit counterfeit lottery tickets to protect reputation and attract players.
