On March 2, in Buon Ma Thuot city, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Buon Ma Thuot city, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province coordinated with the Department of Education and Training, and the Provincial Youth Union to organize the 42nd Dak Lak Provincial Cross-Country Race in 2025, competing for the Grineu Electric Cup.

This year's Dak Lak Provincial Cross Country Race attracted nearly 1,000 athletes from 26 teams, an increase of more than 500 athletes and nine teams compared to last year. Athletes competed in the following distances: young women, amateur women 2km; main women 3km; amateur men, young men 4km and main men 5km.
In addition to the meaning of celebrating major holidays of the year, this year's Cross Country race also contributes to promoting the movement of physical training and sports among union members, youth and students in the province.

In the main category, Buon Ho town won first prize; Krong Bong district won second prize and Ea Kar district won third prize.
