Accordingly, commercial electricity in October 2023 reached 8.158 billion kWh, up 1.31% over the same period, of which the construction industry sector accounted for 62.82% and increased by 8.61%. EVNNPC's accumulated sales in the first 10 months of 2023 reached 74.91 billion kWh, up 2.89% over the same period and reaching 83.79% of the annual plan assigned by EVN.

In October, the Corporation carried out 2,096 live insulation cleaning sessions, an increase of 28.51% over the same period in 2022, with a cumulative 10-month implementation of 17,659 sessions, reaching 100.79% of the plan, an increase of 31.51% over the same period in 2022; carried out 1,143 hotline construction sessions, an increase of 18.94% over the same period in 2022, with a cumulative 10-month implementation of 10,566 sessions, reaching 100.4% of the plan, an increase of 19.05% over the same period in 2022.

Regarding the electricity access index, the entire Corporation received and resolved electricity supply for 201 medium-voltage customers. The average time to resolve procedures of the Electricity industry was 3.42 days, a decrease of 0.3 days compared to the same period in 2022.

In the past 10 months, EVNNPC has received and resolved power supply for 1,890 medium-voltage customers. The average time to resolve procedures of the Electricity industry is 3.53 days, a decrease of 0.24 days compared to the same period in 2022, a decrease of 3.47 days compared to EVN's regulations. Other customer service indicators all meet EVN's requirements.

Regarding the investment in the construction of the 110kV power grid, in October 2023, EVNNPC started 4 projects, with a total of 36 projects started since the beginning of the year. The Corporation has also basically completed 20/22 assigned digital transformation tasks, with 2 tasks still being implemented: the task of using SmartEVN application (internal management field) and the task of applying AI in image processing and recognition technology (production field).

In particular, in October, EVNNPC began implementing a roadmap to change the meter reading schedule (GCS) to the last days of the month to support customers in conveniently controlling and monitoring monthly electricity consumption, being proactive in paying electricity bills, and ensuring that revenue accounting is consistent with costs in accordance with financial and accounting regulations.

The key task in the last months of the year is that the Corporation will implement many solutions to strive to exceed the assigned production and business targets, ensuring safe and stable electricity supply to serve the needs of socio-economic development and people's lives in the managed area.

The Corporation requires Power Companies to accelerate medium-voltage investment projects to share the load with high-load transformers; Project Management Boards focus on accelerating the energization of key 110kV projects.

Units continue to reduce power loss by strengthening control of grid work to ensure proper implementation according to plan, progress and quality to reduce power loss; strengthening management and operation to reduce grid incidents; promoting hotline insulation cleaning on the grid from 110kV to medium voltage; repairing hotlines on the medium and low voltage grid, promoting propaganda on measures to use electricity economically, safely and effectively among the people.
