Specifically, the Corporation requires that Power Companies establish and implement plans to ensure sufficient electricity supply for loads: Establish a method of operating the national power system to ensure sufficient electricity supply for production, business and consumption of the People, in which it is necessary to make efforts to ensure the goal of storing water before the dry season of 2025, be ready to promptly handle situations on the power system, ensure stable, continuous, safe and reliable power supply. Operate 24/7 to best serve the electricity demand during the Lunar New Year.

EVNNPC member power companies will develop and implement priority plans to ensure sufficient electricity supply for businesses, production and trading establishments of goods and services serving the market, consumers at the end of 2024 and production of goods for the Lunar New Year 2025, pumping stations serving the winter-spring crop season. In particular, priority will be given to production customers, customers processing products for Tet, and important customers approved by the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.
