In a house that still smells of new paint, Mr. Vo Hay (87 years old), in residential group 8, Quang Phu ward (Quang Ngai city) emotionally said, from now on, I no longer have to go to another house to take shelter from the rain and storm. Due to difficult family circumstances and no longer being able to work, Mr. Vo Hay, his wife Nguyen Thi Thia and their mentally disabled daughter, live in a dilapidated house but do not have money to repair it.
