It is known that martial artist Dinh Van Tam Dinh Van Tam (19 years old), is from Long Son commune (Minh Long). He comes from a family with difficult circumstances. (Baoquangngai.vn) - In order to encourage the spirit after the impressive achievement of athlete Dinh Van Tam who just won the gold medal at the 2025 Sanda World Cup held in Jiangsu Province (China), the Lighting Up Dreams Scholarship Fund decided to give Tam a bonus of 10 million VND.

On the morning of April 11, Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ngai Newspaper Nguyen Phu Duc, Executive Director of the Light Up Dreams Scholarship Fund, said that this amount of money will be given directly to athlete Dinh Van Tam on the morning of April 14. This is a reward recognizing the constant efforts and overcoming difficulties of the Hre athlete.

Dinh Van Tam is one of four athletes of the Vietnam Wushu Team who won a gold medal at the Sanda World Cup, held in Jiangsu Province (China) from April 5-10, 2025.
Martial artist Dinh Van Tam is one of the brightest "gems" of Vietnamese wushu. This Hre martial artist has continuously achieved outstanding results in domestic and regional competitions.

After nearly 7 years of being involved in wushu, Tam has won dozens of gold medals in domestic tournaments; 1 gold medal at the Asian Youth Wushu Championship in Brunei (2019) and a bronze medal at the 8th World Youth Wushu Championship in Indonesia in 2022. In 2023, Tam won a bronze medal in the Sanshou event, 52kg weight class at the World Wushu Championship, held in the US in late November 2023. Notably, at the 2024 Asian Wushu Championship, martial artist Dinh Van Tam won a gold medal.

The Lighting Up Dreams Scholarship Fund was founded by the Quang Ngai Friends Group in Ho Chi Minh City. Up to now, the scholarship fund has coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union to organize many scholarship awards for poor students who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies in the province with a total amount of up to billions of VND.
